Young Ed Posted February 6, 2008 Report Posted February 6, 2008 Was getting my hair cut and there was an old copy of I believe road and track from Nov 07. There was a article about salt week from last year and in the background of one picture you can see a tan P15 4dr. Another picture shows a HAMB camper in the background. Quote

Norm's Coupe Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 Oh the shame! Oh the humility! Well said. Don, looks like you spent a little too long in the tanning booth in that picture. How long was the poor bride in traction after that dip? Quote
Don Coatney Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 Well said.Don' date=' looks like you spent a little too long in the tanning booth in that picture. How long was the poor bride in traction after that dip?[/quote'] Picture was taken in 1993. The bride is Stacy my daughter-in-law. She has freshened 4 times sence tht picture was taken so I did not do any perminent damage. Here is the wedding story. Lisa and I along with young son Matt left our farm near Buffalo, New York and drove our furd taurus wagon to Fort Wayne, Indiana to attend the wedding. About half way there the transmission in the car took a dump. Had it towed to a repair shop and made arrangments for repairs. Rented a car to continue the trip. Had a ball at the wedding. I was scheduled to leave Fort Wayne and fly to California for a job interview and Lisa and Matt were to drive back to Buffalo. They stopped on the return trip and picked up the repaired car and dropped several hundred bucks on the repair job. I flew to California and accepted the job offer. I then flew back to Buffalo. Two weeks later I drove to California and began my new job. Lisa got the house ready to sell. Three months later I flew home, had an auction to sell a lot of stuff the tarus wagon included. Then Lisa and I bought a new pickup and drove to California. I did not return back east for seven years. Lisa did fly home about twice a year in those 7 years. Quote
