Guest Dave Paulson Posted February 4, 2008 Report Posted February 4, 2008 I'm rebuilding the brakes on my B3B and it appears that one of the front drums is beyond serviceable limits. Anyone know of a source for Pilot House drums? Thanks, Dave Quote
Merle Coggins Posted February 4, 2008 Report Posted February 4, 2008 I've got some spare axles for 3/4 ton trucks, but I think they have 11" drums verses 10" on the 1/2 ton trucks. You best bet is probably to find someone like me who's got a spare 1/2 ton axle and is willing to remove and sell a drum. Merle Quote
Guest Kuster13 Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 1/2 ton drums that I won't need. I have not checked the condition of them but I could do so in a week or two. They are in Vancouver B.C. so if you don't find anything closer let me know. Tom Quote
Guest Dave Paulson Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 Merle, Thanks, and you're correct. The front brakes on the 1/2 tons are 10 inch. The back ones are 11 inch, but I haven't even looked at those yet. Dave Quote

paulseed Posted February 18, 2008 Report Posted February 18, 2008 If a B2B will fit see my listing in truck parts for sale - I'm in Ojai, CA. I had a break job done in the 90's some 10,000 mi ago they were OK then should be still good. Quote
