  4. Hi all, I put a three speed floor shift in my B4B a while back, like it better then the three on the tree. It has started to eat it self ! Has anyone close to North Carolina have one ? I may have to try and repair it, but would like to replace it. Thanks..........Bill Escott
  5. Had this happen to my brothers 49 plymouth, we found pin holes in the gas line replaced the line ,ran fine. This was many years ago.

  7. I found it best to drill small holes in the hinges before removing them from the cab.

  11. Sure is a good looking truck, hard work pays off !!
  12. Put # one on compression, should be at TDC, put a spark plug on # one wire , turn the distribitor a little till you get a spark. Make sure the plug is grounded on the block. Make sure the wiring is right . This has been working for me for 55 years.
