55 Fargo Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 Not bad,and it is a 2 door coach to boot, the typical rust areas, but from the pic doesn't look all that bad. If anyone is interested I know where there is a nice 1947 Chrysler Club Coupe in the Grand Forks ND area. this car was bought by someone I know in California, but he has a number of these cars and is willing to sell it for around a $1000. It of course needs to be fixed up, but has good chrome, and the body is good and solid. If anyone is interested, I can send pics to them. Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 In looking at the pics of that deSoto, I recall there was a recent question about using Chrysler or other bumpers on a Plymouth. These bumpers are just as large as a Chrysler and probably would not work either. The picture I tried to post would not work. Quote
Norm's Coupe Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 Wonder if the guy is selling the Chevy truck next to the DeSoto? That looks more interesting to me. Quote
