Rebuilt Starter Won't Start

I opened up the original Auto Lite solenoid and the relay was, indeed, shot.  So I tested the NOS relay I bought on ebay and the points closed every time I tested it with bench leads.

 

So now I am rebuilding the Auto Lite solenoid with the NOS relay. That should take care of the solenoid issue on the original Auto Lite starter motor, cause I knew it spins.  I should have a complete working starter.
