If you have all of the bolts removed it should just be sitting on the crank flange. It may have a bit of a rust bond holding it on. Try giving it a little love tap with a rubber mallet.

love taps did the trick

used 2x4 and hammered till broke 

had to remove main cap to remove studs from cran

flywheel won't fit with bellhousing in place
