D24 is 46-48 Dodge passenger car

the T118 series is Dodge truck engine and more than not the correct unit for you panel wagon...maybe a truck owner can chime in and tell you if the engine number is stamped on the frame somewhere....

The T118 according to my book is a 46-47 236 long block engine from a 1.5 ton truck. The head should be about 2" longer than the D24 engine.
