I picked up Sondra after her day shift in the ICU and then stopped and picked up a couple of car friends and we drive from San Francisco down to South City and had dinner at the Basque Cultural Center. The 4.3 gears at 65 make about 400 more rpm at highway speed and it is noticeable, but the acceleration onto a freeway is worth it especially when an on ramp is uphill. The weather around here has been great, although we really need rain. A nice way to spend the day with a drive in an old car! James Quote
