Will B3B and C3B wheel hubs interchange?

I picked up a 1955 C3B rolling chassis mainly for the engine and transmission parts.

 

Can anyone tell me if the 10 inch hubs on the C are compatible with the B3B series?

Does anyone have parts number listings for the C3B hubs so I can check if they are the same?

According to my interchange manual, fronts are the same 46-56 hub and drum.

All 10s interchange but some late 56 trucks had 11s, same as 57-60
