Restarted  my suburban so to go for a drive. Noticed there was no pressure on the oil gauge, so shut down the engine. Oil leak at the connection to the gauge.!  Not good, now I have oil in my dash harness, not bad, but any is bad.

question: how do I clean out that oil? Rats, was all set up to take a serious test drive!

Brake clean? Put down a protective layer, spray off wires and clean residue. Then allow to dry completely before Starting car.  That is my thought.
