Hood latch spring 1947 dodge

Does anyone have a photo or can explain where the hood latch retention spring mounts to the inner fender? Thank you

It is impossible to get a good picture.  The spring on my 48 Dodge goes from the cable end to a little hook in the sheet metal up under the top lip o the fender. The hook is 4 inches back from the fender bolt near the front hood latch.

Thank you for the photo and explaination.

Man! I would have never found that little hook. It’s more like a little bump. I had to run my finger along the bottom to find it.
