1953 Dodge B3B Air Force Truck

Hi, I bought a 1953 Dodge 1/2 Ton Pickup In good condition with a Low Sided Bed. On the Firewall Tag i found it to be a US AIR FORCE TRUCK.

ON the tag it reads:

Nomenclature Truck. Express. 1/2 Ton 4x2

Supply Service Maintaining Vehicle USAF

Model B3B 108

Contract Number DA-20-ORD-11124

Date Of Delivery 11-15-52

PMS

Can anyone tell me anything about the vehicle, and is it worth any more than a regular civilian B3B.

I have just restored the complete rolling chassis and when i got to the cab i found it to be an Air Force Truck. I have some pictures but, don't know how to post them. RALPH

Came across this Dodge D2 dually in Halletsville, Texas last spring. Close to San Antonio air base so it may have seen duty in the 50's.
