ggdad1951 Posted April 12, 2018 Report Posted April 12, 2018 Got my fancy new galaxy s9+ but the menu for PM and mod controls will not load. Quote
P15-D24 Posted April 12, 2018 Report Posted April 12, 2018 I'll put a support ticket in to IPS. Quote
P15-D24 Posted April 13, 2018 Report Posted April 13, 2018 Two things to test. Scroll down to the very bottom and see if you can select the "default" theme. If you can, report back the results. Second are you using the default web browser on the phone? Quote
ggdad1951 Posted April 14, 2018 Author Report Posted April 14, 2018 Also seems on replies I cannot add pictures as an option on a post. Quote
P15-D24 Posted April 14, 2018 Report Posted April 14, 2018 You using the default android browser? Quote
P15-D24 Posted April 14, 2018 Report Posted April 14, 2018 And if you can, try a different browser. The problem the IPS software guys are having is it's a brand new phone and the testing simulator hasn't come out with a version of that phone yet. So anyway to isolate the issues would be helpful. P15-D24 Posted April 17, 2018 Report Posted April 17, 2018 Can you try a different browser like Firefox? Trying to isolate if it is a browser or server issue. Quote

P15-D24 Posted April 22, 2018 Report Posted April 22, 2018 Thanks for checking. I'll let IPS know on the support ticket. Quote
P15-D24 Posted April 23, 2018 Report Posted April 23, 2018 What browser are you using when the problem occurs? If you can get a version number. Also what version of Android. Quote
ggdad1951 Posted April 24, 2018 Author Report Posted April 24, 2018 err... Brand new Galaxy s9+ Android 8.0.0 Chrome 66.0.3359.106 Quote
P15-D24 Posted April 25, 2018 Report Posted April 25, 2018 Got a response back from IPS dev team. Until their test tool is updated to include the new phone they are on hold as to finding a solution. They need to be able to step through the code to see where it is breaking and they can't do that till their test simulator gets an update. Good news is it is a popular phone so I don't think we will have to wait too long for a fix. Firefox is the current workaround for the issue. 1 Quote
