Lots of really nice boats, I think the oldest was a converted work boat built in 1912. I don't know anything about boats but enjoyed the craftsmanship and the romantic idea of sailing around, however I got the impression from every boat owner I talked to that owning a boat was just buying a lifetime of maintenance work.
