stan's52 Posted October 15, 2015 Report Posted October 15, 2015 Took the windshield glass from my 52 Concord to the local glass shop for a price today. I got a quote for 245.00 for both pieces. On ebay I just found the same two pieces for 170.00 includes shipping for both sides. does the ebay price seam about normal for galss? Stan Quote
ptwothree Posted October 15, 2015 Report Posted October 15, 2015 The glass shop that cut my '52 Cranny glass charged $140 including tax. Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted October 15, 2015 Report Posted October 15, 2015 I guess I got a good deal from a local, one man glass shop a couple years ago......he made me two clear glass (no tint) windshield halves for the convert for about $57 each. Not sure if he is still open or not nowadays due to some health problems. Stan......are there any other glass shops in your area you could check with. Were they quoting you clear or tinted glass? You can get glass for our old cars in various color tints. Quote
