tollertdi Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 Does anyone know of a source for fuel lines for a P15. Inline Tube Co has steel brake lines but no steel fuel lines. Kind of strange. Anyone know why? Thanks. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 It is quite easy to make your own lines with that what is available at the local big box... Quote
Lloyd Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 I purchased a 20ft roll of 5/16 stainless steel tubing off amazon and made my own. JEGS has it as well. If you go that route make certain it is the 'annealed' kind - whatever that means - which is suppose to be easier to bend. Thats what I got after reading some feedback from some that had got the stainless and found it really hard to bend using a tubing bender. It still gave my bender a tough time but it worked out just fine. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007VR6WMU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Quote
Tony724 Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 I just purchased a 25 foot roll of 5/16 steel line from a chain store. I hope I don't kink it with bending it. They offered me the bendable stuff, but it was nickel/copper. I was concerned that fuel would eat it away. But not sure. Quote
