B1B Keven Posted September 10, 2014 Report Posted September 10, 2014 Take a small punch and drive the 'button' down into the cylinder. Quote
ngrybrd Posted September 10, 2014 Author Report Posted September 10, 2014 Cool thanks Keven, so turns out the battery shop two doors down from my work actually had a 6 volt battery designed for b-series trucks so i ran over at lunch. since i have to wait for my key cylinder, whats it look like inside the lock housing? once i get the cylinder out, can i turn it with something relatively easily? if that's the case, tonight or tomorrow ill fully review the wiring so i wont catch it on fire, then change all the fluids, then i plan to put a few drops of gas in the car and try to turn it over. ive soaked it in mystery oil and everything. so we'll see how far i get.
