Will the brake tee that Vintage power wagons sells on page 55 Part # 7351215

work on the rear of a 53 Fargo FP1 or Dodge B4B

Unless your aiming for 100% original, I'm sure any parts supplier can come up with an appropriate T to split the line from the master to the rear axle. That picture is pretty hard to tell what it looks exactly like.

I am not sure if trucks are set up the same as cars but in a car application the rear splitter is attached to the differential housing using a special fastener as pictured below. This fastener doubles as the vent for the differential gear case. I don't think you will find this special splitter at just any auto parts store.

...without digging around in the shop for a sample I'll suggest that the t and the vented bolt are much the same, if not in appearance then in function, as any 60's Mopar.

So far from what I have found out is up to 1978 they all looked the same. just not sure if the holes for the lines and the flex hose are the same.
