Most of us enjoy a little public recognition about our passions.  Sometimes we get coverage and don't even know it.  It's always fun to come upon something about someone you know, or even yourself.  I hope others will contribute and add to this theme.   And let's keep it to items in the public media.

Here's our very own Robin Weathersbee on the Sand in South Wales in his '41 :confused:  P15.  I came across this in the latest Rodders Journal.  'Tho the center fold is not conducive to scanning a good image, how cool is that!  Congratulations Robin!!!!!!!!!

I heard my car was featured but I didn't know I'd got a name check, too.

That's really cool!

 

I now have my race pass for this years Pendine Races, - last weekend of June -  where I'll be up against Dean's P15 2-door sedan and Chris' P15 Convertible ... both of them running for the first time.
My prediction is that Dean will win the class and probably take my record - but at least it will stay 'in the family'!

We are all looking forward to it.

I thought this topic was all about tatooes,,,as thats all you see these days.

 

That and those dumb looking earings that form a huge hole in your ear the size of a dime. What will they look like in 50 years

Robin.......I suppose you now have bought all the RJ's available in the UK.....how much is a signed copy now?.............lol........seriously tho', just finished reading this issue of RJ and the sand racing article is a good one.....Rod & Custom magazine also had an article on the Pendine Sands racing recently.....regards, andyd
