mrwrstory Posted May 23, 2014 Report Posted May 23, 2014 Most of us enjoy a little public recognition about our passions. Sometimes we get coverage and don't even know it. It's always fun to come upon something about someone you know, or even yourself. I hope others will contribute and add to this theme. And let's keep it to items in the public media. - Here's our very own Robin Weathersbee on the Sand in South Wales in his '41 P15. I came across this in the latest Rodders Journal. 'Tho the center fold is not conducive to scanning a good image, how cool is that! Congratulations Robin!!!!!!!!! - - 1 Quote
Robin (UK) Posted May 23, 2014 Report Posted May 23, 2014 (edited) Thanks Bill, I heard my car was featured but I didn't know I'd got a name check, too. That's really cool! I now have my race pass for this years Pendine Races, - last weekend of June - where I'll be up against Dean's P15 2-door sedan and Chris' P15 Convertible ... both of them running for the first time.My prediction is that Dean will win the class and probably take my record - but at least it will stay 'in the family'!We are all looking forward to it.
