Does anyone have a good picture of a 46-48 Plymouth front seat track...the underside.?

There is a spring on each one to assist when pulling the seat forward.....which

Dale removed for some reason.  Now, he can't quite tell how they attached

originally.   Any help or advice will be appreciated.  Thanks.

I scanned the attached seat rail picture from the 46 Manual Bob...

I supplied Richard (Richards47deluxe) with a set of stainless seat springs for his car back in 2011 as his were rusted out and broken. I hope that Richard is well as I haven't seen him on for a while. I have also attached a photo of the springs which I had made (measures about 8 inches long from end to end) - they look the same as the ones in the photo from Jim. I could probably have some more made as I still have one as a sample - I would just have to try and locate the Spring Maker that I used back then as he has recently moved down south.

Thanks for the info dav...............I did find the picture in my Parts Manual.........too bad it doesn't show the springs in

question and how they attach.  Far as I know, Dale has two usable springs at this time.  The size of the springs can

come in handy if looking for a close replacement.  Don't think we need to have any made yet.....but thanks for that

offer.   Bob

Bob there are holes in the feet and then a hole in the little metal edge of the seat bottom. Its hard to find and I know it took me a while to figure it out.
