I was wondering the same. Hope the rain went south after soaking Tim's place. Hard to tell what's accurate on the TV news, but I saw some footage of Lake Okeechobee and it looked about as dry as I've ever seen it. Florida's been courting disaster for a long time. Only one real source of drinking water there, the aquifer. Lots of straws drinking from that glass.

Here in the west TN area last week it looked like the smog over LA with air quality warnings due to the smoke from GA according to the weather man. You could even smell it. Glad to hear ya'll got some rain. We need some badly, everthings drying up. I'm in no hurry for the humidity but guess you cant have your cake and eat it too.
