Adding Alternator And A/c Compressor - 1950 B-2, 218

Any suggestions on adding an alternator and a/c compressor to my 1950 B-2, 218?  I am in the process of converting to 12V and would like to add a/c due to the Texas heat.  I've located an alternator with appropriate mounting bracket, but not sure how/where to add the compressor.  Also not sure where to get the needed pulleys.

I appreciate any suggestions and thank you for your time.

Adding the alternator would be just a matter of getting the right pulley size on the alternator ans shimming/adjusting the mount setup where the generator now lives..........the air compressor will be a different animal I would think as you would be best to power it with a second belt...and that maybe the problem as finding a crank pulley with 2 V drives will be difficult......I'd see if a twin crank pulley was available in the farm/industrial or truck uses of the flathead.........would be interested in seeing what you come up with.........andyd

Why is a second belt required?  Can the  components from another car be transfered. There is lots of room under the dash and in the engine compartment.

Don, thank you for the pic.  Do you have a way to contact Richie?  I would like to see if I may get a little more info, because that looks like a good alternative.  Thank you for your feedback.

I do not recall who it was that sent these to me but here is an example of one mounting from someone on here.
