rt338b12 Posted June 2, 2013 Report Posted June 2, 2013 Has anybody here used any of their products. Interested in their door seals Quote
Bob_Koch Posted June 2, 2013 Report Posted June 2, 2013 Clesters has been used by many members with good results. So has Steele Rubber. Do a search on Clesters here in the forum and you'll find previous conversations on this. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted June 2, 2013 Report Posted June 2, 2013 If Clesters makes it I use his product over that of any other maker...the durometer of his products is alos more in line to what it should be..Steele rubber is often too hard a rubber to allow proper compression on trunk and door seal applications...Resto Spec. is also a bit hard but not as bad a fit as Steele...also Metro who at one time said they only make products for real cars..is now into making some Chrysler parts...have never used their stuff so cannot comment over anything other than their attitude to the mark...guess they learned if you want to survive in business you ell what the public needs Quote
B1B Keven Posted June 2, 2013 Report Posted June 2, 2013 I would recommend Clesters for the door seal kit, not the rear window seals though. It took a shop almost two hours to install my corner windows. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted June 2, 2013 Report Posted June 2, 2013 while not familiar with the truck corner glass seals that Clester's make, the rear glass for the bz cp is the most perfect fit one could ask for...was able to install the rear glass, quarter glasses and front windshield in about an hour..
