lalkie64 Posted January 5, 2013 Report Posted January 5, 2013 (edited) I have a 52 and having trouble fitting the fender to the cowl. there is a gap between the fender and the cowl. I don't know what fills the gap. I have not been able to find any close up's of this area to see what should be there. I posted a picture in my gallery. lalkie64. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Larry Edited January 5, 2013 by lalkie64 mistake Quote
anthonyb Posted January 5, 2013 Report Posted January 5, 2013 Do a forum search for 'fender filler'. There is a rubber molding that fits in there to fill the gap and there was a rather lengthy discussion of a suitable part for it. I believe the part was actually a F%$# part but it works for these trucks. Quote
carl b51 Posted January 5, 2013 Report Posted January 5, 2013 Anthony, Clesters Auto Rubber Seals has the rubber seal that fits between the fender and the cowl , the # 8228-316 . This fits my B3B perfectly. Hope this helps. Carl Quote
