pflaming Posted January 4, 2013 Report Posted January 4, 2013 (edited) The passenger side door is locked. It will not unlock via the inside handle. Is this a simple fix? Please advise. I put my window glass in, working on the generator today, then recheck the lights and then the DMV. Got to get this on the road so I know it will make it to the BBQ, can't miss this year. Are the lawn mower races still on? If so I'm got one spotted on CL for my grandson. edit: I do not have a key. Suggestion: Have one of your friends or do it yourself, make a barrel of BBQ Ribs, change us all for the cost and every one brings a side dish. Make a banquet out of it. ggdad1951 Posted January 4, 2013 Report Posted January 4, 2013 I *THINK* you have it (the little square holed bit) turned too far one way, there is an orientation for rotation I *THINK* when you put the handle in. Quote
HanksB3B Posted January 5, 2013 Report Posted January 5, 2013 ^^^Sounds Familiar"^^^ Easiest way .... Consult your local locksmith...Cheapest way...Start fiddling. My way....Have a smart friend do it and tell him you'll kill him if you f it up! Good Luck and don't force anything! Hank Quote
pflaming Posted January 5, 2013 Author Report Posted January 5, 2013 Hank/others. I do not have an ignition key so a locksmith is needed anyway. I currently run the truck off a toggle switch. I'm sorta tempted to hide that and not ever use an ignition key. Quote
