where is the ratio stamped

Where on the 1 ton rear gear case is the ratio stamped? I saw it posted on this site but can not find it. Does anyone know where on the case it is? Thanks.

^^^+1 on that one^^^. It isn't on the bottom of the case (like the book shows) on my 51 B3B.

Look for a flat spot on the top of the carrier... that's where it was on my 58 D300. And the 37 International 2.5 tonner down the road from us (truck used to belong to my father in law, he gave it away as a jungle gym...)

if you look at the parts book it will show the different areas were the ratio is stamped on the rear housing

Should be on one of the reinforcing flanges on the passenger side of the center section. If I remember correctly you can pull the back cover and it will be stamped on the ring gear.
