I know this is way off topic, but I just had to share my good fortune this morning thanks to my wife. Peanut butter cookies with Reese's peanut butter cups in the center, home made sugar cookies that melt in your mouth they are so moist and last but not least, choc, peanut butter, coconut and oatmeal no bake cookies.

Now in a few minutes I will do up the dishes to show her my appreciation for all her hard work

Looks mighty invitin Bob, on Sunday baked 3 pies for kids, wife wasn't feeling well. They turned out okay, but not my idea of fun kinda like learning to do bodywork, not so easy at first...

That was a very mean thing to post that right out in the open where an old diabetic like me can see it! I can't have any but I wish you would have two or three for me. Seriously, They sure do look good, wish I could get some. Enjoy them knowing others are jealous!

Niel,

I can understand what you are saying this year. My mouth and throat are still very sensitive from the 35 radiation treatments I had over the summer. Even though I had my last treatment Sept 11. I had one of each cookie and washed them down with a cold glass of milk, but that is all I have had, under normal circumstances, I would have had many more today.

Fred, pies are my job, cookies are Patty's. Good to hear that you are becoming a baker also
