michaeljohncourtney Posted November 18, 2012 Report Posted November 18, 2012 Took off the bumper and the rear fenders. There are a lot of bolts holding those rear fenders on!. Took some minor dents out of both rear fenders and primed them. Putting some vintage fog lights on, a tachometer, and I need to replace my exhaust and muffler. Has anybody had luck going to "Midas" or a name brand muffler shop to replace a stock system? Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted November 18, 2012 Report Posted November 18, 2012 most any good exhaust facility can easily bend your pipes..either by card..or by custom point to point meausrement..get double wall from the manifold to the muffler..good aluminized muffler and standard aluminized single wall tail pipe.. BobT-47P15 Posted November 21, 2012 Report Posted November 21, 2012 I don't know about Midas, but here we have a locally owned independent shop and the fellow who does the work is also a hot rodder. That's who I go to when something is needed. Quote
