Hi guys, in one of my boxes of spare parts ive found a glass windscreen washer bottle, also a push button, the bottle lid has two metal spigots for hose's to connect to, the push button has the remains of two hose connections. It looks to be a vacuum setup. does anyone have a diagram showing what connection goes where ? Many thanks, Al

Here is the windshield washer setup I got from Tim Adam last year.

Photos: Kit as received, inner tube was packing only; Installed in the D25 — contrary to appearances, reservoir contains all-season washer fluid. Pump is mounted near steering column; It squirts real good, this photo was prior to nozzle adjustment.

Chris..glad it went to a good home...I had 5 of these things and quickly sold them all..I retained the one you eventually got as I thought to put it on one of my cars..but then you expressed an interest in the unit and I decided it would see more of the world on your car..

I hope you xerox'ed a copy of the instructions..maybe you could submit it back to GTK to make availabe to the forum.

MoparAl...the unit you have as I see it needs a dash mounted vaccum switch...when you press the button vacuum is applied to the internal assembly and when the vacuum pulles the diaphram it then operates the other side of the diaphram as a pump p[iston that will push the washer fluid from the bottom and out to the nozzle...I have the very similar parts here that I removed from my 51 Suburban...but alas only the switch and the nozzles were left when I bought the car..
