Ester Eddie Posted October 7, 2012 Report Posted October 7, 2012 I went to a friends place today and he showed me a motor he found way out in the woods at an old mining camp last winter. He dragged it home on his snow machine. I took some pictures can anyone tell me the year or anything ? Quote

plyroadking Posted October 8, 2012 Report Posted October 8, 2012 Looks like that's the engine Plymouth copied for the '28 cars, about the only difference is the distributer location and the water pump. Quote
greg g Posted October 8, 2012 Report Posted October 8, 2012 Dodge Brothers did make a 4 cyl motor in the mid to late 20's, I saw a 27 that Looks very similar to that, but had a combination starter generator. So I might think this was newer. You might want to search the All Par site for more info or Perhaps Hemmings or see if there is a Dodge Brothers forum. Quote
