Happy July 1st to all Canadians and friends of Canadians on this board.

Some pics of my ride into Selkirk Manitoba this morning, 6 miles from home.

The weather is already hot, engine ran nice and cool, 160f, the rad on my retturn was good and warm but not hot, very big cooling systems on these cars.

I am sure it would be running a lot hotter later today, doing some high speed driving.

As of 5:30 pm it has finally warmed up to 17 and the sun is starting to poke though the overcast.

Happy Canada Day. I spent the first part in the USA today as I attended an old car meet in Kalispell, Montana, the last three days. It was a great time and lots of nice cars. I took the '63 Ford Fairlane 500 with the 260 V8. Even though it is a Ford, it cruised well and is a sweet car.

Drove the "Going To The Sun Road" (aka Logan Pass) both ways through Glacier National Park. I have driven it several times but it is alway spectacular. Google it to see some incredible scernery. Got back to Canada around 4:00 PM local time. I love going to the US but home is where the heart is and for me that is Canada.
