valve guide replacement.

I just ordered new valve guides, now the trick is, is there an easy way to replace them? I was going to try a long bolt and nut to draw them out. anyone have any ideas? Engine is still in the chassis. Thanks-I gotta get the 48 running again!!!!

1 Ton, were they easy to move? I thought I read somewhere about the bolt trick, but am not positivem i will try your method and see what happens, thanks.
