My dad and I (I'm 17) decided that it was time to make my car a little safer, so he looked online for a wiring harness for my '47 town sedan, he said it would cost a little over a thousand dollers to buy one, so he decided to make one (He is fairly good at this sort of thing). We went to our local parts store to get the supplies...(people get suspicious when you get spools of wire but he explained what it was for and now they want to see it when its done. :D ) Next we started pulling wire, every time we pulled a wire my dad would say "I can't beleve this car didn't burst into flames." or "How did this even start?" or "Oh my gosh." :D but after all that we started making the harness...one wire at a time lol. After countless trips back the the store to get more wire we finally had it complete. The plan now is to take a break and put it all back in sunday and get it driving :D I have more pictures.

Well after a full day of wiring we have it installed...now just need to work out the kinks, one wire is to short, need bigger wire loom and find out whats going on with the turn signals, but nothing caught on fire so i'm calling it a good day :)
