Todd B Posted January 24, 2012 Report Posted January 24, 2012 I found my reciept from my semi in 2002, It is a "Grote" light 64123 I went on line and tried to find it on there search. No luck, so I downloaded the catolog and it is on page 111. I am attaching a picture of my truck with them on. I can't remember how or what we did to make them work but I believe it was very simple. 41/53dodges Posted January 24, 2012 Report Posted January 24, 2012 ooh, those are purdy! they cost a pretty penny too! Quote
moparmonkey Posted January 24, 2012 Report Posted January 24, 2012 ooh, those are purdy!they cost a pretty penny too! Not compared to buying actual replacement lenses. On Ebay, the lenses alone usually fetch $40 to $50 each. Even from Robert's, they're $20 just for the lens. Considering you get the whole light- lens, trim ring, reflector etc, its a pretty good price. On eBay, the trim rings usually list for around $100 for a pair. If you need the whole set up, those are the way to go. Quote

Todd B[/quote'] That looks slick & since my buckets are rough & I have no trim rings I just ordered a pair. If you have any pics showing what you did it would be appreciated! How close do the stock glass lenses come to fitting? Quote
Todd B Posted January 25, 2012 Author Report Posted January 25, 2012 I will take closer pictures tomorrow, I will be working just a few minutes away from my truck. Todd B Quote

TheMoose Posted January 26, 2012 Report Posted January 26, 2012 Nice, do those bulbs come in 6V? I thought it had a regular bulb Quote
Todd B Posted January 26, 2012 Author Report Posted January 26, 2012 I am not sure about 6v, all my trucks are now 12v. Quote
TheMoose Posted January 26, 2012 Report Posted January 26, 2012 I called Grote & they do not have a 6V bulb for it so I canceled my order with summit. I thought they used a standard 1147 bulb not a sealed beam unit. Quote
