bach4660 Posted November 15, 2011 Report Posted November 15, 2011 (edited) Is it just me or are the rear tires not centered in the opening? It looks like the they are closer to the front. (attached photo borrowed without permission) Edited November 15, 2011 by bach4660 lost the photo Quote
bach4660 Posted November 15, 2011 Author Report Posted November 15, 2011 theres 3" measuring from the tread to the edge of the fender on the front, and 7.5" from the tread to the edge of the fender on the back Quote
Merle Coggins Posted November 15, 2011 Report Posted November 15, 2011 It's not uncommon. With no load, and the springs not compressed much, the axle will be more forward. When the springs compress and straighten out the axle will move rearward. This is because they are connected to a fixed point at their front mount but are connected with a moving shackle at the rear connection point. Merle Quote
