Don Coatney Posted April 11, 2007 Report Posted April 11, 2007 I placed an order for carburetor mounting hardware with Tom Langdon two days ago. It arrived today. I am impressed. There was more hardware (nuts and bolts) than will be required for this upgrade. I also cleaned the carburetors externally in preperation for installation. This install may happen before Tulsa. Quote

Don Coatney Posted April 12, 2007 Author Report Posted April 12, 2007 John; The aluminum helmets arrived today. Thanks! I will use the base plates and fabricate something on top. Had a chance to unwrap and inspect the hardware (nuts and bolts) that came with the Langdon adaptors. I am sure these adaptors are sold somewhere as a bubble pack "kit" as the nuts and bolts as well as the adaptors were in bubble wrap. Problem is the bolts that come with the kit are too short. They are 1" and need to be 1 1/4". I will stop at the hardware store on the way home from work tomorrow and get what I need. Quote
