Question on Brake shoes And Placement

Could someone tell me which brake on the frount end driver side fit the frount of the drum? I know one shoe the material is shorter but I can't remember if the shorter one fits on the frount of the brake hub or back. Jon

If it's for your '42 then the front shoe has the long lining.
