aero3113 Posted March 3, 2011 Report Posted March 3, 2011 Earlier today I reorganized my photobucket albums and put some pics in order. I then went on the forum and was going to post some pics on my engine removal thread and all of the pictures on the post were removed!!!!. I just spent the last 2 hours reposting my pictures:mad: Quote

aero3113 Posted March 3, 2011 Author Report Posted March 3, 2011 I'm sure it messed up my other posts also, I guess I will have to add pics when I come across the affected posts. Quote
dezeldoc Posted March 3, 2011 Report Posted March 3, 2011 Anytime you move a pic or put them in an album, any pics you have posted will no longer be viewable as you changed the url to them. It warns you of that when you move them. Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted March 3, 2011 Report Posted March 3, 2011 True......I've done that in the past. Quote
Don Coatney Posted March 3, 2011 Report Posted March 3, 2011 It has been that way with photobucket and all other picture hosting sights from the begenning of time. The only time it is safe to rearrange pictures is when you first post them to photobucket and before you link them to this or any other sight. Quote
PatS.... Posted March 3, 2011 Report Posted March 3, 2011 I have a specific P15 folder on Photobucket and I never change or move anything in it. They have warned of broken links since they began...I also learned the hard way You can have the same images in more than one album, so if you have a build album, it's best to have a P15 album as well. aero3113 Posted March 3, 2011 Author Report Posted March 3, 2011 I knew that this would happen if you deleted a pic in photobucket but not if you moved it. Quote
