vanbuskirk Posted March 17, 2007 Report Posted March 17, 2007 I sanded rust, touched up paint, and clearcoated the rear compartment wheelwells and floor. The floor was painted with khaki WWII paint, which was cheap and plentiful after WWII. It has lasted well. Also, I repaired several holes in the floor mat. Don Coatney Posted March 17, 2007 Report Posted March 17, 2007 My 1948 P-15 also had/has a lot of Khaki paint. I thought a prior owner had painted it that color. Never gave a thought that this might be WW2 surplus paint but it makes a lot of sence. Quote
