Good Product for maintenance of canvas?

I would like to know what kind of product good for maintenance of the canvas top of mine Jeep Willys MB 1942.Any help would be appreciated.Tell me what kind of substance.

Check with a boat shop. They may sell a product for the Bimini tops.

Definatelly answer:There's no product for canvas top maintenance.

The basic thing with canvas is to keep it clean and not touch the canvas with your fingers when it rains. This leaves a mark and then the canvas will leak where you put your finger.

You need to waterproof the canvas to help seal the canvas material. Any good sail maker sould be able to supply you with some products that will help in this area.

We did use a spray on product on our canvas tents. I do not know what the product was called. this was over 30 years ago.
