Chevy in a Ford? OT

I took over 100 pics at the Black dog Garage annual Rod-B-Que in Port St Lucie Fla last Saturday. Had a great time. Here is an interesting twist on the Chevy in a Ford thing. Air conditioned too.

Some cars are just built to be used and drive a lot. Any idea what tranny setup he used? I like the styling enough I wouldn't care if it had a Wankel rotary or a turbine in it

I wonder what shape this thing was in before he decided to go sbc.

That is rather unusual. A 6 cyl instead of a V8.....who'd a thought???

Wonder how fast it runs down the highway.....what trans?? Sure filled it up under that hood.

Fellow hereabouts has an early F 100 Pickup with a Slant 6 and Tflite. Has a clifford intake with a 4bbl and dual exhaust. Says it runs real nice. Certainly gets a lot of second takes when the hood is open.
