If you have access to an old master cylinder you can remove the outlet plug which is the same size and threads as the original cap. Put a hose bib in one half and a plug in the other and apply pressure.

Yes I happen to have an old master cyl. Great suggestion !!

after the bleed, you could put a hose on that air fitting and run that to a remote reservoir. Worked for me!
