BobT-47P15 Posted February 6, 2010 Report Posted February 6, 2010 Overcast and lower to mid 30s here in S.W. Misery (MO). No snow since a light dusting yesterday (Friday) morning. Quote
moparjack44 Posted February 6, 2010 Report Posted February 6, 2010 Snow quit about 15 minutes ago here in Southside Virginia. Cloudy and 35. I do have plenty of bread and Pabst Blue Ribbon, can't drink no milk . Quote
Joe Flanagan Posted February 6, 2010 Report Posted February 6, 2010 Still coming down steadily in Alexandria, Virginia. I'd say we have about two feet on the ground right now. Luckily, we don't need anything. Well, we need a break from the snow, but aside from that, we've got everything we need. My dog is sleeping on the sofa next to me. She went out with us while we shoveled and got soaking wet. Now she's pooped. Quote
greg g Posted February 6, 2010 Author Report Posted February 6, 2010 Dogs sure seem to know how to enjoy the snow. Even out little 8 pound terrier mix was out running with her nose down making like a little snow plow. Looks like you will out of the active sow soon and then your thaw cycle will start tomorrow. good time to do some Calvin and Hobbs inspired snow sculpture. http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.lepninja.com/calvin/calvin_snowmen8.bmp&imgrefurl=http://www.lepninja.com/calvin/calvin.html&h=187&w=587&sz=323&tbnid=PnXsea7V9l6LhM:&tbnh=43&tbnw=135&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dcalvin%2Bsnowmen&usg=__F5WhHDDRw2wR5wWI3qPcb6jReEo=&ei=ELZtS8boBdSM8AaewoiBBg&sa=X&oi=image_result&resnum=4&ct=image&ved=0CA0Q9QEwAw Quote

dparksie Posted February 6, 2010 Report Posted February 6, 2010 We are still getting the snow. I have no idea how much we have so far. I am afraid to ask. Went out with my daughter and shoveled the first 2 foot this morning. Now waiting for tomorrow to finish the shovelling. I can't complain too much so far we have power. Alot of people around here don't have electric so no complaints. Figure to start a fire in an hour or so, eat dinner (saugage and peppers) and watch a dvd or two. That is the end of my energy for the day. Quote
mr63inaz Posted February 6, 2010 Report Posted February 6, 2010 Cloudy and 71 in phoenix az BURR. Quote
