  1. I was given a 77 Mustang II, a 64 Ford 3/4 ton truck and a 78 Chevy Monza. I really do not recommend using either a Mustang II or a Chevy Moza as a work truck. They really do not last for some reason....
  2. Swiftwater is still there. Just not much left these days I don't recall it ever showing up on a map for some reason. Scotrun is right down the way. I have to admit I still have 2 goose neck cans medium and large size from a Texaco station I worked at in school. When the station folded the owner gave them and some parts for my truck to me instead of the last weeks pay.
  3. Congrats and may the two of you enjoy many long rides in the girls. I definately like everyone under the hood and all the gifts in the bed of the truck. Again congrats and thanks for the pictures.
  4. Just hope you didn't try to kick the tires. So who was driving and which vehicle? All pictures are great.
  5. Looks good. I hope my paint job comes out half as good. She looks sweet. I will probably be bothering you for pointes when I get to that stage. Congrats
  6. My plans are for run to Arlington in 3 weeks to remember. The flags are out in the front yard and stay there till I get back. All goes well the paint will be done by then, if not I will still take the 47 this year. Here's to all that served and still are. 3rd of 75th 84-88, 91-94, 2001-2004
  7. Thanks this is just what I needed for the old gal. If you find anything else please post, this is perfect.
  8. My sympathies for his family and yours for a friend. Only thig I can say is if the weather is good this weekend, take everyone out in the wagon and remember him in the best way: remembering all the good days with his baby.
  9. Congrats. You have helped alot of us young-uns. Thanks for all the advice and keeping the fun in the "hobby".
  10. Ok, nobody call me for the next 2 years I WILL be busy...
  11. Not so Civil Engineer;), Land Development. Before that I was a carpenter for 16 years. The carpenter has made it dang near impossible to get too civil...
  12. I guess supports my toys. When my son and I go to play around on the 47, massey or the 79 GMC RV I was given she shakes her head and hides. I know that the toys would be gone before I was planted but I figure I won't care to much then.
  13. I wish you the best of luck. I was left go Nov 2008 when the final project I worked on was good enough to pass off. Keep the faith it is not always that bad. When I got laid off went back to get a masters that is almost over. Since I go through Philly everyday on my way to Widener if you want to get out we can meet up and bs about our joy of Plymouths. Like I said keep the faith it is not all bad. Hide in the garage and play it helps.
  14. I bought my refurbished Dell laptop 1 1/2 years ago and have been quite happy with it. Then bought a refurbished desktop from them 4 months ago and have been happy with it since. Maybe I just lucky, don't know but both systems have been very good. Only down thing is danged Vista is crap. I went and changed both back to XP and have been happy all the way around since then. Besides needed XP to owrk the old plotter I was given. Good luck and I am sorry to hear that things didn't work out.
  15. Just what needed to hear. You want some of the white stuff. I would be perfectly happy to send it ALL your way.....
