It's a B series 1948 or 49 depending on frame serial#. F means 1-1/2 ton with up to 14,500 max gross vehicle wt. depending on frame/options- reinforcements /thickness ect. Front and rear axles came with std or heavy duty options too.

152" is probably the wheelbase, and if I read the vin correctly it was made in Detroit.
