I don't think there is a whole lot of difference. If I remember correctly a 350 bored out 60 over is a 355, so cfm should be about the same, that is if you are talking about the cfm flow of the carb. What is the factory bore and stroke? That would be helpful in figuring it out. :D

265 is original CID ..you would need the original bore plus the .040 and the stroke to get it accurate..there will not be significant increase to alter the stock CFM..unless you are installing a deep breathing cam and high lift larger valves..and even then the jet may be your only real consideration there..

Well, if memory serves my 230 bored .072" over stock comes out at 237 cubic inches, so I would guess that a 265 .040" over would be around 269 ci, give or take .....

Tim, your probably right---even with the 260-410 cam and the Carter-Webers, jetting may be all it needs......Thanks
