In the WPC news there is a guy who advertises in the classifieds as "Talermade" exhaust. I got a head pipe/tailpipe for my '50 Dodge, and the materials and workmanship were absolutely first rate, much better than another one I picked up on eBay.

Better off just going to your local muffler shop. This way all your joints will be welded nice and you wont have a bunch of exhaust clamps hanging all over if you buy a pre made kit. Unless you have a welder that is, and most of us dont. Plus IMO a welded exhaust system is much stronger than a clamped together one.

There is a place in southern Michigan called Waldron Exhaust. They have a website and will make an exhuast to original specs. I put one on my 48 convertible and it fit perfectly. JohnS

I don't know what their lead time is but the exhaust pipe, muffler and tail pipe set is $220 in aluminized steel or $340 for stainless. Their phone number is 800-503-9428. I don't know how this price compares to having it done at a local shop. JohnS

Michael,

Check with Kepich exhaust (google search). When you find their site, look for your model under Chrysler and you will find a system for your Plymouth. A complete aluminized system including muffler for your car is $135 plus shipping. They weld the exhaust flange as original. I got a stainless system for my 48 desoto and everything fit fine. None of the local shops could come close to Kepichs price. In fact, I tried to get just an aluminized exhaust pipe for my car and was quoted $100 locally and they were going to cut my original flange off and re-use it. Kepich sends the tail pipe in two pieces for ease of installation and shipping cost. If you want a single piece tail pipe make sure you specify that when you order. Waldrons is much higher, I priced them before I bought from Kepich.
