1940plymouth
Nice looking set-up, Just get out on the road with a full tank of gas, and drive it to show the rest of the world:)
BobT-47P15
Looks nice, Bill. However, I see that the wheels on the trailer are not a vintage style. You could do a little Rt 66 traveling, if you haven't done that yet.......
Normspeed
Terrific rig. Is that the teardrop that you designed and built? I look forward to hearing about your shakedown cruise.
dezeldoc
Looks nice Bill, now all ya need is a set of artillery wheels and wide whites on the trailer!
claybill
sorry NORM. it isnt. i have one mounted o an axle with metal frame ..but i didnt have the time to work on it. i have toooo many things to do. one of which was to learn to weld before i continued. I BOUGHT 'THIS LITTLE GUY'as an interim unit. new, i used it for only 3 nites so far.I will sell it late this fall when i get mine finished. hopefully. it is so small yu hardly know you are pulling it. and it is really for one person, squeeze 2. there is an outside table modification and awning i could rig up if i keep it. might be better to try and sell my other frame only unit and keep this one..that's probably the best option. bill

dezeldoc
Well i guess i could curl up, i am looking at the old plans and thinkin about building one, i guess it wold be eazy enough to make it longer.
Plymouthy Adams
take the average trailer plan and extend the center section to be a bit flat to extend the length..this will also be ideal location not only for a roof vent as most have but a very functional skylight as the area would be flat enough to mount one and flash in proper..
