Tim, the lights look good. However, I do see a possible problem with them if you used a brush to make the stripes. I touched up an old Christmas statue with a brush once. Looked great until I turned the light on inside it. Then you could see the brush strokes. Had to do it over again with a spray bomb.

Looks good. I like small details. Over time they add up and you see the results. Gives it your "personal touch." First glance it looks like chrome trim going over the lens. I added chrome tape on the inside to try to get better reflection.

I taped some aluminum foil to the body under my tail light lenses and wrapped foil around the open light assembly. It brightened up the lenses when the lights are on and captured the loss of light through and around the open socket assembly.

Thought you were going with blue dots. This is what I did for reflector replacement after looking at several options. I have sence converted to the new LED lights and like them a lot.
