From the HAMB. The teeth are VW bumper guards according to the fellow doing the work. Sort of resemble the much used DeSoto teeth.

In this second pic, you can tell they are guards.

The old customizer ingenuity is still alive out there.

I intended to say "do they repo them (vw bumper guards) for the VW guys?"

When I was into VWs, there were a lot of Brazilian repop parts around and cheap. Bumpers, running boards...Had to watch for low quality chrome and thin metal though. That bumper guard idea really is slick.
